Happity is the UK's best-loved website for baby & toddler classes. We're looking for a Provider Content Creator to join our Marketing Team for 4 months initially - and possibly beyond.

We are a small team on a mission to make sure no new parent feels alone, and we are proud of our achievements with our products. We've seen huge growth in the last 2 years, with up to 350k unique users to our website each month, 115k+ parents subscribed to our mailing list, and over 5.5k class providers listing their classes.

We trust our team to work remotely, taking responsibility for their own working practices that will help them deliver their best work.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

The role would primarily involve writing blogs posts, guides, playbooks and similar factual content for our Class Providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate a range of useful, actionable content pieces to support class providers with every aspect of running their small businesses.
  • Create and maintain the content strategy and schedule, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Maintain and develop the Happity tone of voice in long form writing

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • 5yrs+ experience as a Class Provider
  • Excellent long-form writing skills (please include any examples of blogs posts / newsletters / articles which you have written with your application)
  • Experience using Happity as a Class Provider
  • A warm and welcoming nature and is keen to help
  • Common sense, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to think through problems and arrive at pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent written English communication skills and is a team player

IT WOULD BE A EXTRA BONUS IF YOU:

  • Have used Happity as a Class Provider!

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Hours: This is initially a part-time, 4-month contract role. It requires c10 hours per week with the potential for additional hours when required by the business. The majority of the team work part-time as standard.

Pay: £14 per hour
